Two very nice spots here in neighboring buildings, flexible on size of space/can partition. One is about 1,400 square feet that was a Tavern. Across the way was a high end restaurant in a 2,500 sq ft brick building; restaurant had a fire- there is zero smoke odor and the building is gutted down to the studs; with insurance money still coming it could be finished for the size you need if partitioned. The Tavern is in the same building as a high-end furniture store, both on busy Rte 190 in the land of affordable rents, Stafford Springs.
